Climate
The climate is very hard to
predict.Winter is nice with temperatures at
25 degrees F, but it can get as low as -31
degrees F! On the other hand, summer is beautiful.
It can get up to 105 degrees F! Spring is great too,
with an average of 46 degrees F.

Cities
Here are some of the major
cities in Poland:
Krakow-The most beautiful city in Poland. Population: 760,000

Wroclaw-It is the major commercial, educational and cultural center for the whole south western Poland
Population: 3,600,000
Poznan-One of the oldest cities in Poland. Population: 556,000

Szczecin-One of the most attractive cities in Poland. Population: 420,000

Gdansk-The largest city in Poland. Population: 455,000

Warsaw-The capital of Poland. Population: 2,600,000

Environment
Poland is mostly lowland,so it is great for farming.
Some of the major crops are potatoes,sugar beets, tobacco
and other fruits. 91.3% of Poland's territory is lowland.
There were actually many problems during the 1900's.
Some problems were about water, air, soil and forests.
In 1990, the environment protection only increased 6 percent.

Of course, in Poland, people speak
